The plan is ready
Lets start…
I wish it already started yesterday….
BUT:
We have to submit an application to the county council and wait 3 weeks for an answer…
but before that…..the carpenter has to come and draw the actual fasade changes that we want to do, and send in the application….
But before that…. we first have to get an answer to the previous application to build a garage….…because there is no point in getting an new entrance at the other side if there is not going to be a garage at that side….
Inside the carpenter surely can start working???
yes……..but than the electrician first has to fix all the loose wires and make new sockets….
….but then the plumber has to come and change our water heater….
The kitchen has to be ordered because it takes 6 weeks to get it here…
but then the carpenter has to come and give exact measurements for the hight of the floor after soundproofing….
………but then the electrician has to come and fix all the wires that has to go in the floor…
…..and also the plumber who has to fix the plumbing for the new kitchen
I FEEL LIKE A JUGGLER WITH A 1000 BALLS IN THE AIR AT THE SAME TIME… 😓😓
As if that wasnt enough:
My house is being put out for sale….
So at the same time as our project with renovating our new home….
I have in my old house;
Painted all the white-wood white
all lists that were missing has been put up
damages and missing parts has been fixed
a bit sealant here and there
+ moved a lot of our stuff into our new home were there actually isnt any room for it ……
During easter we made everything ready for the photographer that was supposed to come right after easter Holliday ( last for a week here in Norway)
The house were cleaned and every excess and personal stuff were put into drawer, cabinets and the garage….
You are supposed to get the «hotel feeling» seeing the pictures or coming for a view, I have been told….🤔
The outside areas were cleared….
Power washed – but that resulted in our very own private skating rink….
Outside flowers were bought….but of course they had to stay inside due to the cold….
Garden furnitures with pillows and everything were put out…..but of course we couldnt sit there….in -5 celsius ( 23 fahrenheight)
At 08.15 am the photographer were supposed to come and everything was ready.
At 07.10 am the message about being ill and having to reschedule ticked in……🤤😝😫
NO!!!!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!
I forced them to send someone else…..
She came at 4 pm
10 TO 4 IT STARTED TO SNOW
But pictures were taken – and those inside I am sure is great…
and luckily my brother in law took som great drone pictures of the house during easter when the sun was out 🙂
So things are moving forward….
But waaaaaay to slow for an impatient soul….
oh well….
House sale is planned in a couple of weeks…
and yesterday some of the craftsman started working at our new home…
HOPEFULLY WE ARE IN BEFORE CHRISTMAS……. 😁
HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEK COMING UP
